New Store Openings

New store openings involve production and planning six months before the opening date. During this process, the primary responsibilities I have is meeting with the store development team to review store layout and décor install and digital screen locations. Meet with the city landlords to assure external signage is approved by submitting zoning and code permits. Work closely with department coordinators and the vice president of Whole Foods Market to properly sign departments and design product-specific amplifications. I also oversee the design, print production, and installation process for the internal, online, and external building signage.

Paintings & Chalk Art

From a very young age painting was a go to form of expression. I started painting with oils and moved into acrylic and watercolor. I have had the opportunity to participate in street chalk art festivals in California and local markets and pop up galleries in Florida. I really enjoy doing commissioned work and see the delight on my customers face when they receive their piece.

Special Occasion Cakes

Whole Foods Market Special Occasion Cake program allows their customers to choose from year-round designs or customize their cakes filling, size, icing colors, and cake flavor. I led the art direction working with food stylists, photographers, and the bakery team to create this program. I designed, edited, and produced the cake book catalog that you will see in our Florida store locations.
